I had a pleasant stay at Knot, thanks to its fantastic location just a couple of subway stations from the main hub. The underground access made it super easy to explore the area without battling the weather. The Japanese breakfast was good but did become a bit repetitive over six nights. I enjoyed the quirky happy hour, especially the steamed potatoes with cod roe butter. My room was spacious and clean, which made for a luxurious experience.
No complaints! 😊 it was a great experience.

The location offered was ideal not far from TWO different malls and a metro station, bus station to the airport, and so much more and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The staff were really helpful and attentive lot of the time.

The location is unbeatable! Right in the heart of Susukino, you're just steps away from the Tanuki-Komi and all the nightlife. I also loved the friendly staff and the quirky know coin system at the bar. It made for some fun evenings with local artists performing on Saturdays, which added a nice touch to the New Year celebrations!
The whole check-in process is super confusing with no proper reception. The room was tiny and honestly kind of dusty, which wasn’t great. the bathroom situation was a nightmare since I had to unclog the tub myself! Definitely not what I expected for a holiday stay!

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect - ease of access to Susukino. It was located in a very nice area really close to stores and restaurants and limousine bus stop shopping centers and railway station. Enjoyed the way our large and well-designed a twin room with nice view was arranged

The breakfast menu could use more variety each day.

Delicious desserts and friendly staff
The location was perfect, steps away from major attractions and shopping. The breakfast fulfilled every craving. I loved the unique evening treats during Knot Hour.
The noise from the street made it hard to sleep comfortably. The lack of coffee supplies with the kettle was disappointing, leaving me craving that morning ritual.

Unique evening treats during Knot Hour enhanced our stay, but noisy street traffic disrupted sleep throughout the nights.

Initially, the room layout in the Standard Queen Room made moving around a real challenge, limiting space to unpack any luggage. There were issues with cleanliness. I found trash from previous guests. Although I moved to a better room after raising concerns, experiencing problems with bed linens causing skin irritation was quite disappointing. The daily replacement of towels without asking felt excessive and wasteful.
